I would like to correspond with anyone who is researching Robert White who appears in Wilkes Co. records 1790-1800. His wife was supposedly Margaret---. Some of his children were in Ashe Co. post 1800, but I can find no record of him there. I am also descended from Jonathan Stamper, Sr.( b. 1719), who eventually settled in Wilkes Co. I will be happy to share my information with anyone on this line.

Looking for whereabouts of Jean Stamper Hall(Hawl) after 1856 , whenever her son Madison married my gggrandmother Jane V. Rutherford. It seems she may have been from Ashe or Grayson County,Va. It appears she fell off the earth after 1856. Have found no evidence of her death date , or marriage date to George Hall(Hawl). I can find no evidence of her having other children by Mr. Hall (Hawl). Anyone with info , please contact me.

My name is Thomas Stamper. I am looking for my relatives from long ago. I am searching for EXUM's and BARKER's
from around Jackson and Humboldt TN. I have an affidavit showing Louis Exum my great grandfather was a slave
who served in the infantry USCT during the Civil War.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions I can get. Thanks for taking your time to read this post.
